Come and join Tara Franks at these weekly workshops at The Crown that bring together expectant and new mums through song.

Described as “sublime, so calming and gratifying” and ‘the highlight’ of a new mothers week, this special course focuses on the well-being of pregnant and new mothers (with babes in slings up to around 9 months - pre-walkers).

Through group singing, breathwork and gentle movement, the group will come together and connect over the 4 week course - with time set aside for chats with other parents alongside the opportunity to connect with your baby in a new creative way
