Cider Festival

Following on from the success of last year’s Cider Festival, join The Crown again this year to celebrate apples, crafts, stories, cider producers, food and music.

Kent and Sussex cider producers including Big Nose and Beardy, Seacider, Wise Owl, Kentish Pip and Gibbet Oak and more will be here to meet you and let you taste their ciders from 1pm onwards.

Local musician ‘Droves’ will be playing folk and blues at 3.30pm and again at 6.30pm.

Local embroidery expert Becky Hogg will be running a crafting session in which you can learn to embroider an apple. This session will run from 10am until 1pm. Booking and pre-payment essential - call into the pub to get your spot.

Our favourite story-teller Ed Boxall will be telling stories in the snug from 11.30am. Free fun for children and adults of all ages - with apple-themed stories and colouring in!

Come and enjoy Autumn at The Crown - fun for all the family.
